Borderline
This was a miss for me. The opening scene was promising, and I expected a gritty, suspenseful mystery. But then the characters meet and have sex. Which was somewhat hot, I give you that, but I couldn't get into the rest of it. The writing didn't flow, the mystery was lacking and the background story was a little unusual, but also unbelievable. Didn't catch me as a crime reader, didn't fly with me as a romance.
